I’m 59 and I know loads of stuff. The most important thing I know is that I know very little as yet. But that stimulates me to learn lots more. I love learning, it’s an adventure, a journey, a continuous discovery of the new and a rediscovery of the old.
I realise that about 0.0001% of all the things I’ve learnt have been what I’ve discovered for myself and the remaining 99.9999% I’ve learnt from other people. Without that learning from others, I’d know virtually nothing.
It’s good to share, and this blog is all about sharing what I’ve learnt from others. Many times I have read something and learnt nothing new, except that the information has been brought together, focused and presented in such a way that makes sense and provides a new perspective that I’d never seen before.
This blog is about my learning. I hope it is understandable, helpful and enjoyable. But if it isn’t, I’m sorry, I’ll get a kick out of it anyway.
